My skin has been throwing tantrums with the cold weather, and this toner is the first thing that doesn't sting or leave that tight feeling. The jojoba milk makes it feel more like a light lotion than water, and my redness has calmed down noticeably after a week of use.
The oat extract really comes through — my face feels calmer within minutes of applying, and it’s the first toner that doesn’t leave that tight, stripped feeling. Even on days when my skin’s acting up with redness, this soothes it without any sting.
I've been using this toner for two weeks now and my cheeks don't feel tight after cleansing anymore—the oat extract really does its job. The jojoba milk leaves a soft, dewy finish that sinks in fast, though I do wish the bottle had a pump instead of a cap for easier mornings.
